Covers all the major components of the home for 90 days after the date of inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. Buyer will always have at least 22 days of coverage. 
Claims are handled within 72 hours of being received. 
There is absolutely NO DEDUCTIBLE for the client to pay. 
90 Day Warranties will work in conjunction with other warranties.
